Delivery & Returns
We ship orders within 1-3 working days after an order is placed.
You will receive a despatch confirmation email once your order leaves us. If you need your candles urgently please get in touch prior to ordering and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Promotional Codes
Promotional codes may be issued from time to time. They can be applied to all private orders, regardless of value.
Exclusions may apply to some promotions. We regret that discount codes cannot be applied to subscription boxes.
International Deliveries
Please note that international packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by country. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees. Sadly The French Candle Co. has no control over these charges.
Refunds and Returns
We take extra care and attention in the making of each of our candles to ensure we deliver a high quality product our customers will enjoy. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us
We hope that you'll be thrilled with your candles when they arrive but if anything isn't right we are on hand to help. Contact us for assistance and we'll get back to you promptly.
We take every care to ensure your candles are properly protected during transit but appreciate that very occasionally damages may occur. We will replace or refund products damaged during delivery if photographic proof of damage is sent to us within 3 days of delivery. We sadly cannot refund or replace candles that have been used.
You are welcome to exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price within 30 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for the delivery cost on all returned items. You must always contact us before returning any items.
